Takopi’s Original Sin – 10/10 God… this was so depressing. I don’t think I’ve felt this heavy while watching something in a long time. Takopi’s Original Sin just sits on your chest and doesn’t let you breathe. It reminded me a lot of Grave of the Fireflies not because the stories are the same, but because of how deeply it hurts.What made it even harder to watch was how real everything felt. There’s no dramatic exaggeration here just quiet, painful truths about loneliness, neglect, and what happens when a child doesn’t get the love they deserve. And honestly, that’s what broke me the most.The one thought that kept coming back again and again was: Not all parents deserve children, but every child deserves good parents. This story makes you feel that in the worst possible way. You don’t just understand it, you live through it with the characters.Takopi itself made everything even more heartbreaking.
