Heartstrings is honestly one of the most underrated gems in the K-drama world. No one talks about it enough and I don’t know why! From Park Shin Hye’s beautiful voice to Jung Yong Hwa’s swoon-worthy visuals, everything about this drama just hits the right notes.

Set in a performing arts college, this drama gives us a mellow blend of music, love, and self-discovery. What I especially loved? No annoying love triangle for once! And the female lead? She’s strong, grounded, full of self-respect — emotionally mature and physically capable. So refreshing to see.

The OSTs? Chef’s kiss. Every single one is so soulful and perfectly placed. It’s one of those shows that feel like a warm cup of tea with your favorite playlist in the background. Give it a shot if you haven’t already — it’s available on Viki.
