DOCTOR STRANGE IN THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS

🌀 Review: Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness
Okay, I know I’m a bit late to the party, but here’s my take—and fair warning, it comes from an MCU fan who absolutely loves Wanda.

So, expectations? Sky high. Reality? Not quite there.

While the visuals and effects were jaw-dropping (seriously, give the VFX team their flowers), the story fell short, especially with how they handled Wanda’s character. She has arguably the best character arc in the entire MCU, and to just turn her into a one-dimensional “villain” felt… wrong. Yes, grief can make you do unimaginable things, but there should have been more nuance, more care.

And let’s talk cameos—disappointing. The solution at the end? It was too simple for all the chaos that led up to it. Honestly, it could have been applied way earlier, and that made the whole second half feel a bit dragged.

Also, despite all the multiverse chatter, this movie had zero real connection to the “What If...?” series, which was a missed opportunity.

Final Thoughts:
A visually stunning film that stumbles on storytelling and character respect. As someone who adores Wanda, this one hit hard in the wrong way.
