Meh. Not much to say, and honestly, not much to remember either. I watched this one during peak K-drama fever, when I was consuming anything and everything with subtitles and a pretty poster. But Lie to Me? Just didn’t work for me.

Even though I genuinely like the female lead (I really do), her character was all over the place — kinda dumb one minute, then suddenly out here saving business deals like a corporate fairy godmother. Like… what? 🫠 And don’t even get me started on the male lead. Rich, arrogant, emotionally constipated CEO-type falls for the quirky not-so-rich girl — I’ve seen it, I’ve lived it, I’m over it.

Nothing new, nothing exciting, just the same old rinse-and-repeat rom-com formula. Not saying it’s the worst thing ever — but it was so boring I almost forgot I watched it.

Watch it only if you’re on a K-drama drought and absolutely desperate. Otherwise, skip it and save yourself the time..
