Gen Y 2
Gen Y 2 – 6/10
Let’s be honest—KimCop was the only reason most of us showed up again, and they absolutely delivered. Their chemistry? Still strong, still heartfelt, still giving us that emotional pull we craved since 2 Moons. And while the storyline this season was even more chaotic than the first, the saving grace came from their familiar connection and moments of sincerity.
Bas also deserves a shoutout—he really carried the emotional beats when given the chance. It’s evident how much his acting has matured since his earlier works, and he brought depth to his scenes, even when the script didn’t quite support him.
That said, too many subplots, too little coherence, and way too much screen time spent away from the pairs we actually cared about. The pacing felt off, and character arcs got lost in the noise.
But still… KimCop supremacy remains untouched. For their scenes alone, it’s worth a nostalgic watch.
