KinnPorsche
KinnPorsche – 10/10
Genre: BL / Action / Mafia Romance
A beautifully chaotic masterpiece of leather, loyalty, and longing.
"KinnPorsche" wasn’t just a series—it was a revelation. For many BL fans (myself included), it was like a door flung open to a new universe where quality met bold storytelling, and characters didn't just flirt—they breathed fire. This series truly raised the bar for BL globally in terms of production, genre crossover, and sheer audacity.
At the heart of it all? MileApo. Their chemistry was electric—intense and emotionally resonant without ever slipping into artificiality. Mile's restrained intensity as Kinn and Apo's brilliant portrayal of Porsche's growth from a carefree bartender to someone entrenched in a world of guns and moral greys—absolutely magnetic.
Bible Wichapas as Vegas? Unforgettable. He chewed every scene he was in. Cold, complex, broken—but never boring. His performance was layered and truly one of the standout moments of the show. Vegas became a fan-favorite not just because of the writing, but because Bible turned him into something unforgettable.
Jeff Satur deserves a massive shoutout too. He infused Kim with an enigmatic aura—quiet, poetic, intense. And with that voice? Come on. That man could make a shopping list sound like a love song.
Let’s not forget the cinematography, music, set design, and action choreography—BOC may be a controversial company (and rightfully criticized for its off-screen handling of things), but one thing’s for sure: when it comes to production quality, they do not play around. The visuals were sleek, scenes were gorgeously shot, and the budget showed.
Was it perfect? No. Did it have problematic elements? Yes. But that doesn't take away from the fact that KinnPorsche shifted the global conversation about what BL could be. It was stylish, gritty, sexy, tragic, and intense. It made people talk. It made people feel.
