Until We Meet Again (2019) – 10/10
A Tale of Love That Transcends Lifetimes
Where do I even begin with this soul-achingly beautiful drama? Until We Meet Again isn’t just a BL—it’s a story that walks you through grief, healing, fate, and the deepest kind of love that stretches across lives. It's the kind of drama that stays etched in your bones long after the screen goes dark.
Fluke absolutely shines in his role as Pharm—his emotional depth, his softness, his quiet heartbreak. You feel his past-life trauma through every tear, every subtle flinch. And Ohm as Dean is the perfect balance of warmth and stability. The chemistry between them? Off the charts—tender, vulnerable, and heart-achingly sweet.
But it’s not just about them. The parallel story of Korn and Intouch is brutal, unforgettable, and possibly one of the most tragic love stories I've seen in BL. Their fate becomes the very heartbeat of the show—a haunting reminder that love doesn’t always survive in one life, but it can bloom again in the next.
The storytelling is beautifully layered, the pacing slow but deliberate, unfolding like a bittersweet melody. The use of water, red threads, and food—yes, food—as recurring metaphors is so well-done.
Every relationship—romantic, familial, or friendship—is given depth. You’ll cry for the past, root for the present, and find pieces of yourself in the smallest, quietest moments.
It’s one of those dramas you don’t watch—you live through it.
