A Shoulder to Cry On – 8/10

A sweet, heartfelt, and emotionally light K-BL mini-series that does exactly what it sets out to do. It’s short, well-paced, and offers just enough emotional conflict to keep things interesting without becoming heavy.

The chemistry between the leads, Omega X's Jaehan and Yechan, was unexpectedly natural and warm—they carried the narrative well for rookie actors stepping into such emotionally layered roles. Their character arcs, though compact due to the limited runtime, felt genuine enough to make you root for them. The school setting and the undercurrent of loneliness, misunderstanding, and finding someone who sees you really gave this drama its title meaning.

It may not be groundbreaking, but it’s a comforting, decent watch—great for a rainy evening or when you just want something tender and straightforward. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
