Despite the dramatic title, Dangerous Romance is a fairly straightforward enemies-to-lovers story set in a high school setting. But what elevates it is the powerful chemistry and solid performances, especially from Chimon Wachirawit (Sailom) and Perth Tanapon (Kanghan).

💎 Chimon is truly the hidden gem of this series—his ability to emote, to layer vulnerability under toughness, is remarkable. Pairing him with Perth, who brings his own charm and acting chops, created a pairing that felt emotionally resonant and well-balanced. Their dynamics felt real, grounded, and sweetly complex.

📝 While the overall plot stayed on the lighter, safer side and didn’t fully live up to the edge promised by its title, it was still an enjoyable ride. Some fans (understandably) found the intimacy between the leads a bit underwhelming in execution, but that didn’t take away from the genuine warmth and tension between them.

Rating: 7/10 – Came for Chimon, stayed for the compelling pairing with Perth. A simple, sweet BL that shines thanks to its leads, even if it doesn’t push many boundaries.
