At the center are Minato Akira (played by Kusakawa Takuya), a quiet and reserved laundromat owner in his 30s, and Shintaro Katsuki (played by Nishigaki Sho), a bright, persistent high school student who barges into his routine life with charm and chaos. Despite the age gap trope, the series handles their growing relationship with respect, patience, and emotional nuance.
