Once Again – 10/10

Korean BL • Time Travel / Emotional Drama / Second Chances

Once Again is a short but soul-piercing Korean BL film that takes the viewer on a poignant journey of love, regret, and bittersweet closure. The story follows Jae-woo (Moon Ji-yong), who time-slips back to high school and meets his younger self's first love, Ji-hoon (Lee Hyun-jun), setting up an emotional tale of "what ifs" and unspoken feelings.

The film delicately captures the essence of nostalgia and the ache of lost love, with soft cinematography and minimalistic storytelling that leaves a lasting impression. The performances are subtle but carry immense emotional weight, making the final moments all the more devastating.

If you're a sucker for beautifully tragic endings, Once Again will tear you apart and heal you at the same time. It doesn’t need grand gestures; its emotional sincerity is its strength.

Rating: 10/10An emotional roller coaster packed in under 30 minutes. Elegant, painful, and unforgettable.
