A gem—literally. I had to watch this for two reasons:
First—Bible. Obviously. I love him.
Second—it’s based on Sammon’s novel, and she never disappoints.

The story was gripping right from the start. That blend of fantasy, fate, and emotion? So good. It pulled me in before I even realized I was hooked. Bible was phenomenal—he just embodied the role with such intensity and restraint.

But if I had one complaint? It’s that it was too short. Just 8 episodes? That’s not enough for something this good. I wanted more—more backstory, more development, more of everything. They gave us a beautiful concept, and it ended way too soon.

Again one the best of 2024.

Final Thought:
Short but powerful. One of those rare series where you feel the weight of it even after it ends. Just wish we had more time with it—literally more than four minutes.
