Boys in Love (2025)

Genre: BL / Slice of Life / Multi-Couple Romance
Rating: ★★★★☆ (7/10)
Category: Thai BL / Anthology Series

I started Boys in Love for Podd’s couple, and while they were okay — sweet and mature in their own space — that’s not what kept me watching. The second and third couples completely stole the show for me.

Especially Ken and Paul — oh my god, they were too sweet. That kind of warm, fluttery chemistry that just makes you smile without even realising it. Their scenes had this quiet joy, like something soft blooming right in front of you. I genuinely wanted more of them — they deserved a full story of their own.

And the second couple? KimMon were lovely. So natural, so easy to root for. I kept thinking, how come I didn’t know about them before? They brought the lightness, the emotional sincerity, and that subtle sparkle that just works.

The rest of it? It’s fine. Nothing groundbreaking, but not boring either. Just something pleasant — familiar — that you can enjoy without emotional exhaustion. But if I'm being honest, Shane and Kit didn’t really do anything for me. Not bad, just kind of… there.

Final thoughts:
Boys in Love is worth watching just for the second and third couples. They gave me exactly what I needed: soft chemistry, natural charm, and just the right amount of sweetness. It may not be a perfect anthology, but it gave me little pieces of joy — and sometimes, that’s more than enough.
