Another CBL, another win. Honestly, Chinese BLs rarely disappoint me, and this one was no exception. The time loop concept felt surprisingly fresh—it added emotional weight and a sense of urgency that really worked, even though the production clearly didn’t have a big budget. But what they lacked in polish, they more than made up for in heart.

What really impressed me was how well they handled the emotional shifts with such limited resources. The story had depth, and the pacing kept me engaged the whole way through. You could tell the team poured effort into this, and it paid off.

Also—the third couple from Meet You at Blossom? Yes, them! It was such a pleasant surprise to see them together again. There’s a kind of comforting familiarity in seeing familiar faces return, and while one of them did feel a bit weak in terms of acting, the chemistry was still there.

Overall, this one felt like a little hidden gem—quiet, thoughtful, and surprisingly emotional.
