Night Has Come – 8/10
Night Has Come is definitely my kind of drama. It falls neatly into the psychological survival–thriller space, with a compelling premise and a solid execution that keeps things tense without becoming overwhelming. One thing I genuinely appreciated was the episode length — short and crisp, making it an easy watch without unnecessary dragging.
The plot itself is engaging, and the overall atmosphere is dark and unsettling in a way that works well for this genre. That said, despite enjoying the story, it didn’t completely hook me. I wasn’t counting down the hours for the next episode the way I usually do with dramas that truly grip me. It holds your interest while watching, but the post-episode anticipation is slightly lacking.
Still, it’s a well-made series and absolutely worth watching if you enjoy survival games, psychological tension, and morally complex situations. If this theme appeals to you, I’d also highly recommend the Webtoon “FINGERS” on Webtoon app — it explores a very similar concept and does it brilliantly.
Overall, a strong and enjoyable watch, even if it doesn’t fully cross into “addictive” territory.
